After you’ve made a decision we can move as fast or as slow as you would like. We work on your timeline and your needs.

1. Where will you move to? Are you buying a home or renting? Let's create a plan that ensures you have a place to go and avoid any unwanted surprises. We'll work together to create a plan B so you're never left homeless.

   2. Listing price: Your house, your money, your decision. I will provide a recommendation based on my expertise and an understanding of the current market conditions. Together, we'll determine the best price to ensure a successful sale.

   3. Start packing: Decluttering is key! You want potential buyers to see themselves living in your home, and that can be difficult to do when it's cluttered. We'll work together to create a plan to help you declutter and create space. Feel free to use a spare bedroom or garage to store boxes.
